Join us for the Ultimate Teammate Experience with Abigail Karolewski and Shannon Gregory, a podcast where we dive deep into the many themes and challenges faced by athletes after graduating college. From body image to team culture, childhood stories to personal struggles, we share our experiences as former collegiate athletes and hope to provide insight and entertainment for fellow athletes and beyond as we find our sense of identity in life after gymnastics. Sunday Morning- Podcast Sample
Creating my first ever podcast episode with my mom was such a rewarding experience. It was a project for a class titled "Documenting Your World", and I knew I wanted to explore her childhood and family life. This gave me a chance to dive deeper into her past and see how it affected the way she raised me. Hearing her stories and getting an in-depth look at her experience was truly eye-opening and brought us closer together.
